The room is not facing a main road, so it is very peaceful. Even though the room size is small, the house itself is very comfortable. It has a spacious and comfortable lounge, a kitchen (with washing machine) and 2 toilets (1 bathroom)and a garden. There is plenty of space for storage. LOCATION: 5 minutes walk from the Kennington tube station. 10 minutes to Oval tube station. Also close to waterloo, vauxhall stations. Night buses (N159, N3) directly to central. A bus (360) at our door step directly to Elephant and Castle. Less than 10 minutes walk to a big Tesco. It is safe as you have to use a magnetic key to enter the building and then a key to enter the house. PEOPLE: We are: 3 Students (2 girls-studying graphic design and 1 guy studying psychology). The 3 of us have grown very close to each other. We like a chilled environment-There is alot of freedom in this flat. We are very friendly, ocial and eager to meet new people. However, we do understand the concept of personal space. We want: A STUDENT!! (please do not call if you are not a student due to Council Tax purposes). Preferably a guy (to even things out). Age: 18-24 Trustworthy, likes to socialize(we have parties sometimes), CAN PAY THE RENT ON TIME, clean, decent, respects everyone else in the house.
